WHY ME?

I'm from Kwidzyn and completed my secondary education in Elbląg as a sales technician, which, from an early age, guided me towards the field of sales and working with people. I came to Elbląg thanks to sports, which for many years played an important role in my life. I represented my school and the MKS Truso Elbląg club. It was my sports activities that taught me discipline, determination, consistency, and teamwork – qualities that today underpin my professional client service in the real estate market.

I graduated from the School of Humanities in Gdańsk, where I earned a degree in logistics management. This allows me to plan and coordinate the real estate sales process like a well-planned project – with attention to the sequence of activities, deadlines, information flow, and security of each transaction. What I particularly value in my work as an agent are reliability, transparent communication, and a high standard of customer service – so that everyone who entrusts me with their property knows what we do, why we do it, and the results it brings.

At Home Asset, I combine my experience with the company's procedures and know-how. This means, among other things, ensuring a proper legal due diligence of the property, preparing a realistic valuation and comparative analysis, developing a personalized sales strategy, and eliminating "empty" presentations that add no value. I keep clients updated on progress so that the entire process—from the first meeting to the notarial deed—is as smooth and predictable as possible. I can best utilize my expertise and energy when we collaborate on an exclusive contract—then the entire strategy is coherent, and I can focus on what truly increases the chances of a satisfactory price and a successful transaction.

As an advisor, I work with the Home Asset team and within the "Nieruchomości Spod Lady" group, which brings together approximately 1,000 agents from the Tri-City and Pomerania regions. This allows me to offer clients access to selected off-market offers, unpublished elsewhere, and, if necessary, reach the right buyers more quickly.

Personally, I'm an open, communicative person focused on building lasting relationships. I'm passionate about personal development, psychology, and energy work. I regularly attend specialized workshops, including those on systemic settings, and explore development literature. I also completed a course in criminology and forensics, which broadens my perspective on situational analysis and strengthens my commitment to client safety – also in the context of information credibility and potential risks.

In my free time, I enjoy playing squash, traveling, and spending time with my family. At home, I have two cats, and one of my passions is cooking and baking – I'm particularly fond of Chinese cuisine and sushi, which allow me to combine precision with creativity.

In my work, I'm guided by the words of Robert T. Kiyosaki:
"Real estate isn't about buildings, it's about people." For me, this means that behind every transaction there is someone's story, emotions, and an important life decision – and that is why I attach so much importance to mindfulness, trust, and a partnership approach to the client.
